## Pricing model (important — never report old prices)

Two-tier rate structure:
- **Non-member rate** (rack): includes fuel; tax and marina fee added at check-in.
- **Member rate**: pre-fuel rate + $30 fuel + tax & marina fee at check-in. Members are auto-enrolled after their first ride — no signup, no fee, no email opt-in.
