Activity Description

Upon arrival at our scenic beach location, you’ll be greeted by our professional instructors. They will guide you to the best option suited to your skill level. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced Wing Foiler, we have the right gear for you. After checking in, our instructors will help you launch from the beach, and you’ll be able to sail through our beautiful bay on your own. We also offer lessons which you can add at check-in. We recommend bringing a phone with you to communicate with us if you encounter any issues while out on the water.

  • The total for this activity is displayed above in large lettering. The $10 Booking Deposit that is debited now reserves your ticket(s) and will be deducted from the balance due upon arrival.
  • We accept debit, credit, or cash.
  • Cards must be chip-enabled and name should match with a valid government picture ID.
  • American Express, digital payments, gift cards, non-chip cards are not accepted.
  • Cardholders must be present at check-in with their card and ID.
  • The card used for online reservation should also be present at check-in.
  • A card authorization form must be completed before activities. The card and photo ID will be kept on file.

Cancellation Policy

Refund/ cancellation Policy

Miami Watersports does not issue any refunds; however, credits will be kept and do not expire. In the event of delays or cancellations due to poor weather or other internal operational concerns credits will be issued which do not expire. While we regret any inconvenience that may be caused by cancellations if you are not from the area, we do not offer refunds or exceptions to this policy. Purchaser will also have the possibility to use this credit towards any other watersports activities that we offer.

 

We ask all of our customers to check-in 15 minutes before the departure time. If you arrive late and miss the departure time, your booking will then be considered as a “no show”. In this case, we will try our best to fit you in a later time that day upon availability. However, understand that we have a daily schedule, and if we are unable to find you a spot at a later time, rescheduling your booking to another day will be the only option.

  • This is my first time Wing Surfing?
    We welcome beginners and provide introductory instruction to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics and may also offer full lessons.
  • Are any certifications required?
    No certifications are required. However, we do offer lessons if you wish to improve your skills.
  • How long does it take to learn?
    The time it takes to learn varies depending on individual skills and experience. Usually, after a 30-60min lesson, you will be able to continue practicing on your own. It usually takes around 6-10 sessions to be considered an intermediate rider, and able to be fully independent.
  • What if I need to be rescued?
    In the unlikely event that you require assistance or rescue while sailing, our staff and instructors are trained to respond quickly and effectively. We have safety protocols in place, including communication systems and rescue boats to ensure the safety of all participants.
