Refund & Cancellation
We maintain a strict no-refund policy. In place of refunds, we issue non-expiring credits applicable to any future activity. Credits are also issued when operations are delayed or canceled due to weather or operational issues.
Customers must check in 15 minutes before departure. Arriving late and missing your scheduled time results in a “no show” status. We'll do our best to fit you in a later slot that same day if availability exists; otherwise rebooking for another day is required.
Weather
Certified staff continuously monitor weather using radar apps and industry-standard judgment to determine safe operating conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule based on weather. When conditions prevent water activities, customers receive non-expiring credit vouchers usable toward any activity we offer.
Voucher transfers to another person require in-person approval from management at the facility. Vouchers must be presented physically for redemption. Strict no-refund policy applies.
Reservations vs. Walk-ins
Reservations can be made online or by phone, guaranteeing a secured spot. For large groups we strongly recommend reservations to keep the group together during activities.
Walk-ins are welcome for spontaneous customers and same-day service when possible — though they have lower priority than reservations and large parties may be split into smaller groups depending on availability.
Hours & Waiting Time
We operate seven days a week, 10 AM until sunset, year-round (weather permitting). Departures run every 30–60 minutes for all activities. We aim to serve customers promptly, but delays may occur due to weather or equipment issues — please build flexibility into your schedule. Our refund policy regarding delays mirrors the standard cancellation policy.
Price Match
We offer price matching to maintain competitive pricing. Requirements:
- Original proof of competitor's deal presented at check-in.
- Deal proof must include company name, activity, duration, departure time, total price, and fine print.
- We must be able to contact the competitor to verify.
- Competitor must be based in Miami, Florida.
- Same activity / option / day / time required.
- Walk-ins only, first come first served.
- Valid for online deals including Groupon.
- Exclusions: Tubing, paddleboards, kayaks, and Eclipse activities. Miami Watersports' own Groupon deals must be purchased directly on Groupon.
Payment
Accepted payment methods exclude:
- American Express
- Apple Pay / Apple Card / digital wallets
- Prepaid debit cards and gift cards
- Cards without an embedded chip
- Cards whose name does not match the cardholder's ID
The cardholder must be present at check-in with the card used for purchase and a valid government photo ID (driver's license or passport). These documents must be physically presented or the booking becomes non-redeemable. We'll collect a different payment form if the original cannot be verified.
A card authorization form must be completed before activities, and a completion invoice signed acknowledging successful service delivery.
Parking
Customers park in LOT 62using the “Pay By Phone” app — a short walk from our facility. Miami Watersports is not responsible for parking tickets or vehicle theft; these issues must be handled directly with Miami city authorities.
Bathrooms, Storage & Phone Cases
The facility offers no private bathrooms, changing rooms, or lockers. We recommend arriving already dressed in appropriate water attire. Marina bathrooms are reserved exclusively for residents living aboard boats within the marina.
A group locker dock box is available for unsecured storage of shoes and bags while you're on the water. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Only cell phones may be brought on activities; bring the minimum.
Waterproof phone cases are available for purchase at check-in. Miami Watersports is not responsible for any lost or damaged phones during activities, regardless of whether one of our cases was used.

All participants must:
